The MSO exists to promote and to offer to the citizens of the Mid-Atlantic Region opportunities for musical entertainment and enjoyment, the development of the musical arts, the promotion, development and operation of musical enterprises in the performing arts, particularly through symphonic programs and choral activities; and to engage in enterprises directed at discovering and fostering musical talents, and to promote musical activities and programs for the cultural and educational benefit of the public.
One of the Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra’s missions is to introduce the wonderful world of instrumental music to students. By offering these programs, the MSO hopes to inspire students to develop or continue their interest in symphonic music.
The MSO exists to bring music directly to residents of the Mid-Atlantic region. We perform in venues that are easily accessible to everyone on the Del Marva Peninsula. Whether you reside in near Easton, Ocean City, or Rehoboth, our symphony is never far from your home.
We exist through the support of individual and corporate sponsorship, our dedicated community volunteers, and our loyal subscribers and audience. There are multiple ways to help further the mission of the Mid-Atlantic Symphony.
